AP1 Parsing Service Degradation – Queue Stall

We experienced a parsing service degradation on AP1 between 10:40–11:40 UTC, causing some document parses to stall. The issue was triggered by a third-party file download without a timeout, which caused workers to hang; services were restarted and queues re-prioritised, with full recovery by 12:10 UTC. We’ve added download timeouts and are improving failure handling to prevent recurrence.
